Returns and Refunds
We can only accept returns and give refunds for physical goods – i.e. CDs. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If, for some reason, you have not received the link to a digital downloadable file, please let us know via the Contact form and we will send you a new
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
This can be a copy of the email acknowledgement when you bought it.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by leaving a message on the Contact form.
Exchanges
We only replace books if they are damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it, please take a photograph of the damaged book and let us know by leaving a message on the Contact form. We will let you know where to email the photo. and the address to which to send the damaged book.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.
For exchanged books, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged book to reach you may vary.
